Oh, that issue. There's tricks for how to avoid that, too, really... Then again, it also depends on things like your appearance. Cuter girls suffer more clothing damage, it's scientifically proven.

Someone ran a statistical record on cost in clothing repairs to cultural perceptions of appearance for females. The cuter or more beautiful you are, the higher your repair costs - that is, the more damage your clothes take.

My solution's been to develop super-powers that let me shapeshift my clothing back into good order. I'd think that would be one of the first things a Shaman would want to develop, wouldn't they?

It just seems normal to me that you'd want to use any supernatural trainings you have to learn how to quickly fix your clothes. Just seems like a highly practical start point, that's all...
