From the perspectives/reviews I'm hearing from friends on LJ, I think I'mma gonna be well prepared for this first episode! Which is a good thing, I think. Can't wait to seeeeee.

FWEEEEEE Murdoch Mysteries is a CityTV show! I think they usually play the new eps on Sunday night, but they must have reruns also on Saturday or Friday or something. :D

OH! Also season 1 is on DVD, so it could be acquired and watched at your leisure. :D

I KNOW, like as soon as someone talks about Prop 8, I feel all excluded and think all gay people hate me. IT'S SO HARD TO COPE WITH BLANKET STATEMENTS THAT ARE SPECIFICALLY ABOUT ME AND MY STRAIGHT FRIENDS. *single crystalline tear*

*hee* One of my main mantras - that carries me through both day-to-day as well as important issues is: 'the only person thinking about me is me' everyone else is too busy thinking about themselves'. It helps me so much when I get paralyzed with fear, heh!

Sadly I don't think there is anything you can say, if she is getting offended over these posts (which I love reading btw) then it would only be like gasoline if you try to explain? Some people just can't look at it as you are talking about the big picture, which you are.
I hope that makes sense, or half assed sense since I took my meds for the night. lol.

Oh and I just found out the little boy from the first Jurassic Park is in The Pacific and is all grown up. *feels old* :)

For sure, bb! It wasn't even one of my posts she was railing against, it was another friend's post - a mutual friend who's posts are generally very well-constructed and defined, but - as you say. Lack of ability to see the bigger picture, because they are so caught up on self-concerned definitions. Mergh.

AND WHAT?? TIMMY?! OMG I loved Timmy so much in Jurassic Park! Now I can't wait to see it but omg, lemme join you in the 'I feel old now' camp. :D
