Are you? Really? That man was a genius, and way ahead of his time. His story is fascinating to me, and I was glad to find not one but TWO people who knew all about him. We had a great talk!

Well, his trip around the world, his conversion from pirate to a trusted friend of the queen, his squashing of the Spaniards (WAY ahead of his time militarily, his idea of sailing a burning ship into a busy harbor caused much loss and pain to the Spaniards), his sense of adventure...
Truly, he was a fascinating person!

The limit was set at 300 people, but I think we had a few more. It was wonderful, totally devoid of any type of aggressive behavior, and totally filled with, for lack of a better word, love.

Oh, Ariel, you would have loved it SO much! Plus there was more alcohol there than I've seen in any party. I actually bartended for a bit, and discovered that I'm an AWESOME bartender!
I would also love to visit! Let me know which weekend has no tests/major papers to make it unfeasable.

All you need is several yards of spandex, a soft, fluffy cloth for the entrance, some smooth, shiny, red covering for the wall, and so on; worked like a charm :)
And the Mars Room, to which it led, was darkly lit, reddish, and as soft as any room can be (floor and parts of the wall were very well cusioned).
A very sensual experience!
