the guy on the left is probably clinically depressed, and he's been prescribed african dance instead of anti-depressants in pill form. but not really. the guys actually had to do a lot more dances than the girls since there is less of them, so they were probably foaming at the mouth with exhaustion.

he can be replaced.

and too bad i don't have a close up of the gauchos...they're hiLARious.

well, they come in all kinds of assorted colors and flavors, but mine this year happened to be dominated by royal blue with yellow and red swirl designs on them. they also had like a three-inch allowance hole for my calf, so that was nice considering my calves are definitely not three inches around. i felt like the incredible hulk busting through my fabric.

oh my god...maybe it was taylor dane...and soph just did a cover later in the 90's? i didn't remember offhand who it was by, so i googled the shit out of it.

this is a case for the google warrior aka my friend ben. he embodies all that is google inside his brain, and it's quite scary. i'll ask him later today and get back to you.

and surprisingly enough...there are a lot of white people in my class. but i'd say we're a minority.

haha aww well thanks. it's one of the most interesting experiences that i've had thus far in my life. i think of it more as an extension to all my other dance training.

do you guys have anything like that at your school?

Hmm I'm not sure. We have a ton of different sports and teams and random things like frisbee and dodgeball tournaments, so we probably have something along those lines. :D
