Nah, I actually love 'oops, and I can eat them anytime, it's just that I didn't have any thing to eat them with (bread, mash potato etc.) and I could be bothered to cook them so I just went with cold spaghetti hoops straight from the tin like the unabashed student I am. Is that fail or win?

Lower-class tastes? Pshaw. Some things taste better cheaper. Vienna... sausages?

No such luck actually. Although I did meet a nice German butcher guy and chatted to another guy about his dog, so you know, swings and roundabouts.

Vienna sausage! They're not sausage at all, they're about two inches long and probably only theoretically a meat product. :D I slice 'em up and eat 'em on bread as a sandwich, but many people consider them "earthquake food"--to be eaten only in the event of an emergency, since they don't need to be cooked.

I don't eat anything with hoops, either--just straight out of the can--although I do microwave them first. I don't think I could manage them cold.

Gene could come round my house and nom anything he wanted.
