but aren't the ones she's wearing in the first shot her own clothes? And why would she change into those ones that have been through enough wars themselves?
A bit of a jump for the imagination, but I suppose in a lesser of two dirty lots of clothing kind of way it could work...
I must admit I did think that. Not in those exact words, but just that it was a bit silly to go THAT far into the future. Still, I suppose it was part of the plot. What little plot that episode actually had. And Rusty has done us a bit proud on arcs and linkage this series, so I'm prepared to forgive :)
Ahaahah! I didn't even notice that. Aren't I just sooo perceptive? LOL!
Magic Martha. Has a ring to it. ;)
On a completely superficial and unrelated note, she looks so much better with her hair down. When she puts it up it always looks all spikey and pineappley, lol! That made no sense, but I'm prepared to live with that. :D
I didn't notice it until I saw someone's icons. And then I didn't believe it, cos it's so blindingly obvious once you see it. Took me a while to work out where she wore that outfit recently, and why it was in the same post that was tagged Sound of Drums...
Martha has kick-ass magic :) another spin-off maybe? or maybe her secret Torchwood name? yes, in my fanon Martha does become part of Torchwood. In fact, she goes back with Jack. But that's another story...
I think I prefer spikey actually, although she looks better with her hair down in the promo pics. The ones on the roof with DT in the blue suit? A bit bad in my view, and totally not representative.
I never make sense, so just give me a verb or two, and some nouns and a few adjectives in any order and I'm sure I can work out the jist :P
so i just went and watched that clip again and its tru true she left the room then came back clean and had differnt clothes on clothes we've seen her wear, which just confuses me because wouldn't all her dirty clothes still be in the TARDIS? which the master has? im mean she was wearing the black jacket in utopia and hasnt been back to the TARDIS since so how the hell did she get her clothes back?? unless she just has a wardrobe full of identical outfits?
yeah, I know, why on earth would she change into DIRTY clothes???
and they would be in the TARDIS, wouldn't they, I forgot that. SO it's actually impossible. For Martha to get those clothes, she would have had to find the TARDIS which the Doctor could get, so she couldn't.
