I recieved my cross ring today however when I opened it up the bottom part of the cross had broken off and one of the crystal things was completly missing.

Oh wow im really sorry about that. It was perfectly fine when i sent it out and i tried to pad it up with folded paper.
I can give you a refund though since its probably mostly my fault.

Thanks for the really nice fairy gothic make-up set! It took 2 months to arrive here, though, because on your envelope there was no custom form/sticker. I therefore received the package with a note saying that such a form is compulsory and the package was delayed because of that...Remember that for next time, ok? :)

The person at the post office said it didn't need one, like thats what the computer said idk. I came expecting to fill one out and they said it didnt need one so i figured theyd know because its theyre job lol. Anyways I'm sorry about the delay.
