Sorry about that -- it's not just FB, but also Disqus that makes me want to hit LIKE everywhere.
(I also hate systems that have a LIKE, but you have to be logged in to hit "like", but you don't know it until you try.)
I keep thinking I should get back to LJ, too, more regularly -- I know it's the better system, esp. for archivability -- but I somehow haven't made that stick. Maybe I'm just tired of seeing I'm still in a LOT of the same ruts I was in 10 years ago.
I've added a few "friends" who I probably don't know in real life, but who contribute interestingly and semi-frequently.
