Dear Shin-...oh no...
*flips through letters*
...oh nonononono.....
*flips through letters once again*
...oh, jeez.
*headdesks*
Well, this is an unforeseen consequence of last night.
See, I had written some more letters. But looks like they got...misplaced last night as I stumbled about my room I totally wasn't rereading them and recalling the good ol' days and then throwing them across the room and telling myself rather loudly to get my head out of the past, nope after being affected by a drugged drink that had been meant for Wolf but that I decided to take instead, mainly to give a couple of people a piece of my mind (especially Wolf, he's been driving me crazy lately) as well as to hopefully help Yuuri with some political situations. I'm not so sure the political goal was reached but I definitely accomplished that first aim. In fact, maybe I accomplished it a little too well...
...heh, oh the ways I amuse myself.
Anyway, to quickly sum up those disappeared letters:
- I discovered that your thing....fine, our child, is still alive and well and causing plenty of problems which in turn lead to many unnecessary headaches. And no, you may not visit it. Him. Whatever.
- I had to deal with a drunk Wolf who had gone out to a tavern with none other than Conrad. While simultaneously dealing with Ulrike's very untimely arrival to the castle.
- But then I discovered Wolf had gone to town to get a ring made for me. I knew he kept on avoiding the subject for a reason (he made it quite obvious). Though I must say it is one beautiful ring. Do you find it as amusing (and adorable!) as I do that he chose a ring, of all things? Well, you would if you ever listened to my lectures about Earth's culture. Jeez, you have the attention span of that thing..child. By which I essentially mean you have none.
- There was the whole fiasco with the missing elemental stones. It was eventually solved, but it did involve Wolf, Yuuri, and Gunter spending a night in the woods (and Wolf and Yuuri shared a tent...I sure hope Wolfram never finds out) and the resurgence of the Salamander Demon Tribe as well as a political mess and some dignitary visits which you probably don't really care too much about, so I'll just save myself the trouble.
- Wolf finally told me he loved me! It took him a while to actually say it, but he did. Apparently spending a night outdoors helped him get things straight, to some extent.
- Wolf was injured by a Salamander, and due to his impatience he ended up getting himself in trouble with Yuuri. They looked for a salve in the wrong place, Yuuri accidentally drugged himself, and, well, I saw something I'd rather not recall.
- Oh yeah, and Wolf burned one of my books, one of the ones I lent him to read while he was SUPPOSED to stay in my room allowing his foot to heal. He thinks I don't know, but I saw those ashes in my room.
>:(
Ah, really, where could those letters have gone? I'm not accustomed to losing things. I already looked around my room...no sign of them. Worst case scenario, the maids found them. That would mean I'll have to plan a visit to the kitchen and kindly but kindly only to some extent inquire about any out-of-place papers they might have stumbled upon recently.
Or maybe Wolf found them. He's been by my side often recently, taking care of me as I recovered from the drug's effects. Not that I remember any of it, sadly (as you may recall, that drug does cause some memory loss), but his presence is clear; there's an empty glass on the table, and his scent still lingers.
Well, I suppose I should go get something to eat...and find Wolf. I'm curious to know what he's thinking after what happened at the dinner. Heheh.
