My appointment at the pain management clinic is at 2 pm. To say that I'm apprehensive would be a huge, huge understatement. (Have spent the last couple/three weeks figuring out what all needs to be listed on their intake info form, and then tweaking the form so all my info would fit; it's obviously designed for someone with one, maybe two sources
