Do you think you're original?
Not always.
Do you steal ideas?
Yes. (Who doesn't?) But *ideas* is the keyword! I may use inspiration by others as a jumping board but that's about it. I hate copy cats.
How do you do your icons? Will you share the technique?
I used to. Until some people took advantage of it. I don't see a point in copying others so unless it' s something minor or doesn't pertain to what makes my icons distinctive, I'm gonna be a meanie and keep it all a secret.
What fonts do you use?
I mainly use Haettenschweiler, Impact, Palatino Linotype, Sexsmith, Arial Black.
RULES
What you CAN do:
You can take any icons that you find here and if you like them. I am sharing them because I'm offering it to people who find them good enough or if people cannot make icons on their own.
You can give me credit. You CAN take the icons without any particular comment at the actual iconpost. On msn and yahoo messenger you obviously cannot give credit. On LJ you CAN. On Forums, you can. I won't break down crying if you don't but I'd be really grateful for it!
What you CANNOT do:
You cannot claim these icons yours. If i am nice enough to share, then you must be nice enough to respect me and my work not to claim that you made them!
You cannot edit my icons. I know I cannot really prevent that but once you have taken and edited it, since it's published on my LJ first, I CAN prove that I made it first... and I'll make sure to prove it and then you'll look a bit of a loser!
CREDITS
For the Icons, I use different brushes, textures and gradients! There are many talented artists out there providing these things. Here is the list of my resources:
