Greatest disappointment

I dun know how to pen down the degree of disappointment.

G has confirmed to have chicken pox today... And that is a day before her graduation concert + a week of her ballet performance.

I am alone now with no help.

Got to take extended leave (maybe unpaid even) till she recovers.

Where is the silver lining?

{hugs} hopefully she doesn't have a fever then all you have to deal with is the itch. Give her lots of cooling stuff like barley water. At least you can spend the time bonding with G and she is not likey to get the pox again during the exam season in school in the future.

Fever for 2 days already.. I am alone with her, so I can't go out to buy anything, not to say get barley... not even can go marketing. Waiting for the daddy to come back from US next wk. We are so gounded.
