...that the office should be required to close the day after the office holiday party. My $hit is HUNGOVER!!!

This Doug thing is not as cut and dry as I thought it would be. He called to apologize and beg forgiveness and I just don't know what to do with it all. A year is a long time to be with someone just to say goodbye so quickly but at the same time I am not certain that I can let go of the things he said. Dammit!

Today is officially one year since my Mom died. I still feel the void. I want to call her and talk. I want to smell the smells of her cooking on Thanksgiving day. I want to feel her wet kiss on my forhead as she wakes me up. I want to feel her powerful hug! I miss her!
