Yesterday morning we were up early and Zorro and I went out for a couple of hours ride around the common. Zorro was pretty good - a little bit keen on taking turns to make a shorter loop rather than a longer one, but so much better than he used to be even still. Or I'm better than I used to be. Good pony! Staying put when 40 horses pass bay is no simple thing.

I was thinking of you while I was riding today, and your videos. I had packed along my little camera (and of course, my phone) but was too busy talking to my trail buddies to get it out. Maybe next time.

Perhaps if we go again this year. I can at least do some on the ditches and cut fields, but once we get to bushwhacking it might get challenging -- need one hand for protecting oneself from sproinging branches.

So lovely! I especially like Zorro's ears at the end! ;-)

Yay for a very brave, clever pony! And well done, you!

Thank you. I think he is probably cleverest cob.
