Cor, so the Great South Run is this Sunday and I don't seem to have pulled out, so I'll be running 10 miles for the first time ever. I managed 9 miles last weekend, so I think it'll be okay. If any of you fine livejournal people are planning on being in Portsmouth on Sunday let me know and we can meet up for a post-run drink
