How To Submit Your Art
Since LJ was down for a while, I didn't have the chance to put this up earlier.
A belated Hapy New Year everyone!!!
Here are the guidelines for submitting art for thegleereversebb . Art drafts are due January 8th, 2013, but you can start sending them whenever you are ready.
- Submissions should be sent to gleereversebb@gmail.com with the subject line:
Art Submission - username
- Attach the file to the email or include a link if you are hosting it anywhere.
- You can submit one to three prompts. These prompts should not be linked, as each prompt could be chosen by different authors. If you are doing a comic style piece with panels, it must be one image file.
- If you are submitting more than one submit them in a separate email.
- There is no maximum size or dimensions for art, though each art prompt must be at least 400 by 600 pixels in size. There is no need to submit a thumbnail version.
- Images can be sent in the following formats: GIF, JPG, PNG, and TIF
- Vids can be sent in the following formats: 3GP, ASF, AVI, MOV, MPEG, MPG, RM, RV, and WMV
For each image you need to fill out the following information:

You can copy and paste this code into your email to make sure you don't forget anything.

Rating - refers to the rating of the art, the rating of the fic will be up to the author.
Description - refers to the prompt you want to get across with the art. This part is optional and you can leave it blank if you choose and let the author come up with the story solely based off the image. Also add the pairing you prefer to be used by the author (if you have a preferation of course).
