I doubt it's Burt since Mike O'Malley, who isn't known for trolling, mentioned having a six episode contract for season 3. :)

IDK, it says someone will sing their 'swan song prior' which indicates it's a character/animal that is associated with the more musical side of the show.
I can't see this fitting Burt.
