Ryan Murphy vs KOL and Slash

Jan 26, 2011 15:12

The six-month-old feud between the hit Fox show Glee and rockers Kings of Leon is heating up yet again. I really don't care which band/singer is in question, RM is just being really immature now. If they don't want their songs on a tv show then, whatever! Not everyone wants to be associated with Glee, jeez. Don't go pout in a corner and act like a spoiled brat. Ugh, he's so irritating.

yeah that's true. i remember looks at this with a raised eyebrow at first like Hm. interesting. didn't really know what to think.

ry needs to get himself together. he's causing attention to the show that isn't necessary.

I do not want to argue with you, but I think he more meant that Murphy was being a spoiled teenage drama queen and not an attack based on the fact that he was gay. But I do see how it could be interpreted the homophobic way, but I think Ryan is a bit overreacting when he was the one who started this. And was out of line in the first place.

This is stupid and seems to have come out of nowhere. Ryan needs to calm down. It's not a big deal for an artist to not want the show to use their music. It's THEIR music. They can do whatever they want with it.

Not wanting your music on a TV show =/= hating on arts education.
