Season One Favourite Character Poll

We only have two days left in the countdown to Glee season two---and the board is eerily silent. I figured I'd post a poll to get some discussion going :)

If you were forced to choose (as is the case right now :P), which character from season one would you name as your favourite, and why?

My girl Rach, forever and always. Just too much amazingness in one single person.

Rachel Berry is quintessential "Glee," lol. You can't think about the show and not immediately think of that character.

My favourite character is Finn. I find him to be one of the most realistic and relatable characters. I love them all, of course--and Kurt is a close second--but there's just something special abotu the place Finn is at in his life, it's a place everyone passes through on their way to adulthood.

I also love the way he see's the world. He has a childlike innocence that is appealing in a character in this setting. You can tell he doesn't have negative intentions, he doesn't mean any harm, even if he unintentially causes it occasionally.

And just as an aside from all of that, I absolutely love the way Cory presents the character. Finn really seems like a regular teenaged boy, dealing with things in the way a regular boy would (like prefering to show anger over sadness, or trying to look 'cool' while also try to do what he loves). I think it's really well done.

cory is easily my favorite actor of the show. its him and jane lynch up there.

Cory is definitely my favourite, but gosh, it's so hard to pick, lol. They all do their parts SO WELL. Jane is amazing, Chris blows my mind, Lea is probably the only person who can play Rachel. It's probably the most well cast show I've ever watched.

I think it's amazing how he's so unexpectedly talented !
He's a nerdy kid in a wheelchair (no offense to disabled people) but in a show choir, that just didn't seem like something that would be... so amazing.
i love how Artie is always the one doing the rap or hip hop portion of the song. (when Will isn't singing/rapping haha)

Buttt.. Jane Lynch is a very close 2nd. I <3 her as Sue lol

I really like the way they handle Artie's character. He is a real person with flaws and good things about him, not just the "wheelchair kid". Is way more subtle than the treatment they give some of the other characters.

My heart belongs to Puck, but I have to admit, it was Brittany that had me constantly laughing. So, Brittany is my vote!
