That really doesn't sound like something Tina would say. Are we even sure that's real? The writer could have just substituted those in for their real lines, like if they weren't allowed to put them in the article. It seems really out of character, but we also don't really know the completel context. What they were accusing of Rachel also seems rather ooc.

I thought that seems little drastic for Rachel too. She has never done anything really deliberate to hurt someone or put them in harms way.

Tina's line may be just different things they are trying.
