I'll take a guess and say Lea is behind Jane and Chris behind Lea, looks to be his hair. Keep the nominees on the aisle.

I'd say most of the rest of the cast would be in the middle section of the rows. Give glee like 4 rows with the individual nominees on the end. If rest of the cast even gets to sit that close. They may push them back more.
