IDK I guess I just feel like they keep having him do kinda nice things and then he says yeah I loved you especially now but then just goes back to wondering about sex. It really depends on what's going on with him and Quinn though and yeah it does have some consistency to it, I guess I feel like they keep bringing certain characters back to square 1.

From what the other spoilers have said, it sounds like Quinn makes it pretty clear to Puck that they wont be together. Puck's just doing what he does.
