Mike, but OTA justwants2dance September 21 2011, 00:38:12 UTC
Mike had a front-row seat in the bleachers and was leaning forward on the rail watching eagerly and waiting for the game to start. He could see their Head Boy down below watching the scene above with calculated coolness. He had this way of getting his expression totally unreadable so no one really knew what he was thinking. It was probably a Slytherin thing, and Mike was jealous. His face always gave him away, or he started to laugh at inappropriate junctures. Yes, he was a twelve year old at heart, and he would forever find the word 'balls' amusing.

Everyone was pumped for this game, but that was always the way. Slytherin were dirty fighters, as always, and Gryffindor were probably the strongest team strategy-wise. It always made for a good show. He turned to the person beside him with a grin. "Who do you think will be the first to end up in the hospital wing?" he asked enthusiastically.

"The way Slytherin have been trash talking, Blaine," Artie said, looking down at the pitch. He'd just finished working on a new charm with Professor Flitwick for his chair, making it far more manourverable than it had ever been before, and this time he could actually make his way to seats in the bleachers far easier than ever before.

"I predict a really dirty game though."

Mike nodded. "Something's going down, I can feel it. Merlin know what, though with these two Houses, the scary part if that it could literally be anything. There is always at least one Slytherin out for blood, while there is always at least one Gryffindor trying to save the world and keep the peace. It's just really awesome for us spectators," he said with a grin.

"I like Blaine, though. He's always been nice enough to me. That's probably why Slytherin have taken it upon themselves to despise him," he added with a shrug.

"It seems to be built into the Slytherin psyche," Artie said, looking down at the field. "They have to live up to their reputation, after all. And the more damage they do to each other, the better it is for us."

He nodded slowly. "I do too. It's a shame he had to leave Glee. He's a good guy."

Blaine, open to Gryffindors rockstarwarbler September 21 2011, 01:33:32 UTC
Blaine felt like he was going to throw up. The conflict between him and Kurt just had him on edge, but he knew Kurt knew that and there was a high chance he would play on that. Blaine had no idea why he still had feelings for Kurt after everything, but he did, and he hated himself for it. All he had to do today was stay focused on the game, ignore Kurt, and get that damn Snitch so this whole thing could be over with.

He huffed out a heavy breath to brace himself, holding onto his broom as the team waited in the wings of the pitch on the Gryffindor side waiting for the game to start. He adjusted his flying gloves and then gave himself a shake. He could do this. He could block his mind of anything Kurt-related and just get out there. So, why did he still feel like he wanted to barf?

Puck was ready. The Quidditch pitch was like a second home to him, and he loved being there probably more than any other place in the world... Except perhaps in bed with any of the many many girls he'd been with... And even that was questionable. Nothing else compared to Quidditch in his mind.

However, he did have a little something calling him off to the sidelines for a few moments... namely the uniforms Kurt's Cheerios wore... Some of those younger Slytherin girls were growing up, and they were sure as hell growing into their bodies, and Puck? Well, he was never one to let a virgin stay a virgin for long if he could help it.

Crossing over, he found Kurt and gave him a devilish smirk. "You whip these Cheerios into shape, Hummel?" he asked, arching an eyebrow as he took in as many of the girls as he could in one glance.

Kurt threw Puck a wicked smirk. "Oh, I whip a lot of things, darling, but females aren't once of them," he returned smoothly. "And have it be known if you distract any of my girls from their focus of cheering, I will personally turn you in a toadstool for the rest of the duration at Hogwarts," he added with a sweet smile.

He twirled his wand with ease between his fingers as he spoke. "How are you feeling? Ready for that game, and all that jazz?"

With an easy smirk, Puck shrugged his shoulders. "I've already distracted most of them. Turn me into whatever you want, man... I'll still figure out a way to get laid." He winked, turning to look over the squad.

"Oh, hell, yeah. I'm pumped. That fucking Chaser doesn't have a shot in hell of staying on his broom. Much less actually winning." He shot Kurt his own wicked look. "Might wanna tell 'em to keep the healer close by."

Holly & Kurt breaksniceguys September 23 2011, 10:27:57 UTC
Holly didn't profess to have any sort of Sight. She wasn't into Divination, never had been. But she'd taught Kurt Hummel for enough years that she did have a Hummel Sense. The hairs on the back of her neck would always stand up and she'd feel a headache start to come on that signalled that he was more than likely up to no good.

Which is why instead of enjoying the gorgeous sight of Cameron Rushton bending over while trying to sort out a mis-fired hex that had turned a kid's hand scaly, she was hunting down her favourite Slytherin.

"Hummel, a word?"

Kurt was sill mildly pissed at Holly ever since the whole near-miss in her classroom with Blaine. Ever since then, Blaine had put a screeching halt on anything with them and had increasingly given Kurt the cold shoulder. Which is why Kurt was more than determined to steer the situation back into his favour, and if it just so happened to win the game for his House, all the better. At the end of the day, he put his own needs above all else, but wasn't that a true Slytherin trait? Yes, he wanted to win... he just wanted to win something else as a matter of priority over the game, and this was a perfect chance to kill two birds with one stone.

His eyes departed his Cheerios for him to throw Holly and impatient, pursed-lip look. "Yes?" he said with a small huff.

Holly's eyebrows went up at the expression before she just held his gaze and smirked. "Now, now. No need to be like that. You know very well I never intended to... interrupt certain things. I don't know how else I can keep apologising. I also know that you're up to something and I want to know what it is. Don't think you can plan plans without me finding out. So spill."

"I don't know what you are talking about," Kurt returned lightly, though the faint smirk he couldn't stifle that swept across his lips said a lot as he casually sauntered up the sidelines waiting for the game to start. Or waiting for a certain Seeker to take off overhead and give him a perfect view of his ass, but that was an indulgence Kurt would never share with anyone.

He twirled his wand between his fingers and quirked an eyebrow at her. "I'm simply here to coach my Cheerios and support our very talented Quidditch team to their victory... again. Because really, there is no competition. Especially not today."
