Well, I used Paint Shop Pro.
I had a single picture of Darren that I took his eyes/nose/mouth/jaw from. But I didn't take them all at once and plant them over the original..I took one eye at a time, then his nose, then his mouth, then his jaw because I had to resize them each different to make his face work as hers.

Thank you!! Yeah, just transferring his head over to the model's didn't work at all. Would have been nice and simple but..not pretty, in the end. I'm really glad you like it!
