Kurt and Blaine are thinking about having sex. They've done other things before (making out/groping/handjobs), but Kurt has never seen Blaine naked. Blaine realizes that sex means no clothes, and has to sit Kurt down and tell him that when they get naked, he'll see some pretty bad scars on his thighs. Sweet first time follows.
