Just what the header says! :D

It can be in Lima when Kurt comes home and tell Burt about the breakup, or Burt can go to NYC to surprise Kurt.

Everything else is up to the filler. Maybe Kurt and Burt had some kind of intimate relationship before Kurt/Blaine so Burt is secretely happy that Kurt and Blaine broke up so he can have his boy again?

My only request is that everything is consensual!
