Santana, who has been sexually abused by her father for years, is not able to hide her pain anymore and tries to kill herself. She tells the completely clueless Brittany how much she means to her, but Britt doesn't understand that her friend is telling her goodbye. Santana slashes her wrists in the Cheerios showers and is taken to the hospital, where her abuse comes to light.

Karofsky tries to imagine what his life would be like if he was in glee club (or simply friends with them). Then he becomes depressed/angry that he feels so alone.

Everyone is secretly a little worried about Kurt as a suicide risk- he's gay, bullied, and it's escalating, not to mention looking after a sick parent. So everyone keeps an eye on him. When he tells them he's found a gay guy he gets on with at another school, it's a relief- maybe he can help.

So imagine the surprise when it's Blaine who kills himself. Looks like he was a bit worse off than he'd like everyone to think, however well his school treated him.

not originally my prompt, but it's something from the last post that i'd really love to see filled. this prompt:

AU of Kurtofskygate with Kurt as a trans guy, please, completely pre-transition (and not packing, either)-- Karofsky is overwhelmed, Kurt is overwhelmed, and Karofsky takes that shocked silence as the go-ahead to get fresher. And notices that Kurt is a little lacking in areas where most cis guys aren't. Everything goes pear-shaped.

Kurt is bipolar and schizoaffective. His crush on Finn was a erotomanic delusion during a manic episode. He wasn't being pushy; he honestly thought they were lovers and that's why they shared a house etc. However, when Kurt's dysphoria starts kicking in and he has decidedly less "happy" delusions/hallucinations Finn, Carol and the Glee-club finds out the thruth.
