Kurt/Blaine; mute!Kurt, hospital

ND are too busy with their own lifes and Burt too busy with his elections to notice that Kurt is getting more and more depressed.
One day he stops talking, because there really is no reason for him to use his voice.
ND notice after some time, but just think it's Kurt being all dramatic again. The Jocks are also fed up with Kurt no longer replying to their taunts, so one day after school, they try to make him talk - by beating him up. But no matter what they do, Kurt won't even release a single sound.
Kurt has to stay at the hospital for quite some bit, because he was injured pretty badly, and there he meets Blaine, a boy who helps out at the hospital after school.

Would love for Blaine to be the one who gets Kurt to talk (but not immediately, a few weeks later or something)

I can definitely understand the epic suckitude of writer's block. It should just stop existing. XP
