It's 2031 and an ambulance has been called to a scene in New York City. It's a dead homeless man, he reeks of booze and there isn't any ID on him. They've seen enough of these people to not be affected by it, load him up, send him to autopsy and see if anyone claims him. The man died of alcohol abuse-related illness and they never worked out who he was so he was buried on Hart Island with all the other John and Jane Does

This is brilliant. I love how they the Glee Club stays in contact as well, and how Kurt's kind of present there, even though he's not, if that makes sense.
