Klaine a la Benny and Joon (Triggers: mental illness, violence) anonymous September 27 2011, 03:50:41 UTC
Kurt Hummel is just a mechanic's son. Unfortunately, his father and stepmother died several years ago. Finn owns/runs the garage and takes care of his mentally ill brother. House keepers come and go like a revolving door. Kurt is stubborn and rude to them. Then Finn loses a poker game and ends up with Blaine Anderson as a housekeeper. Blaine is homeless and crashes on his cousin's couch.

Any filler doesn't have to follow the movie exactly, but I think "loosely based" would be really cool.

I love you. Marry me.

The mental image of Blaine making mashed potatoes with a tennis racket is a beautiful thing.

Oh god, this. This needs to exist. Blaine would definitely fit what with his dapperness.

The two of them rounded out the night together like they always did. Finn heated up two glasses of milk in the microwave, fished Kurt’s pills out of the locked medicine cabinet, and headed upstairs. Kurt was already dressed in his silk pajamas and sat in front of his mother’s vanity table applying moisturizer to his face when Finn entered the bedroom ( ... )

a/n: I'm not going to try to pinpoint Kurt's illness, as I don't feel confidant enough to. Basically, I'm just patterning it after Joon's, which I believe was also left unspecified ( ... )
