Burt is a little frustrated with Finn always losing his house key. Finn eventually finds it but give it a few weeks and he'll lose it again. Burt doesn't know Finn is giving a friend his key in case he/she needs a place to stay when things are starting to get bad at his/her house.

This is a brilliant idea. It would be interesting to see why Finn is keeping this from Burt, and to see which people he gives the keys to and why. Seconding.
