Puck/Kurt, Burt - TRIGGER: past school shooting; panic attack

Kurt knew when he started dating Puck that his dad would end up doing the overprotective "hurt my son and I'll come after you with a shotgun" speech, so when his dad started in on it, he just rolled his eyes.

Then Puck freaked out and went into a full blown panic attack. It took Finn to calm him down while Carole explained to the confused and worried Hummels that before moving to Lima, Puck's elementary/middle school had a shooting. Puck had watched friends die and been shot himself. He's been terrified of guns since. Video games, movies, crime shows. He just can't do it.

And Burt saying to not hurt Kurt because he had one?

It was the worst thing he could have said.
