Kurt and Rachel get very close and a kiss reveals to Kurt that he's a biromantic homosexual. He loves Rachel but cant be attracted to her all the same. How do they deal? Can Rachel stand a boyfriend attracted to men? How does Kurt deal with redefining his identity?

YES. In some scenes Rachel seems smitten with Kurt, and in this last episode Kurt went out of his way to make her happy. You can't look at someone like THAT without having strong feelings for that someone. In canon it may be friendship but well, we can infer....
