Abandoned Places, Abandoned People - Puck, Finn

Recession and general bad planning mean there are quite a few abandoned, condemned buildings in certain parts of Lima. Back when they were bros, Puck and Finn would go there sometimes, under the guise of tagging something with graffiti or breaking a few windows for the hell of it.

Usually, that's exactly what they'd do. But sometimes they'd do other stuff. Like talk about their dads, or other stuff that bothered them that they'd never talk about outside.

After babygate (and his mom's remarriage), Finn stopped coming.

Puck didn't. Every now and then, he'll just drive down there and break into a building and just stay awhile. Amidst the broken glass and crumbling walls, Puck feels strangely at home in places just as unwanted and forgotten as he is.

Inspired by this haunting photo gallery of abandoned places in Detroit.
