Ice, and rest, and anti-inflammatories. I have a sometimes-bum shoulder that's been acting up all winter, so I know of what I speak.

This is why my next video game will be DDR, not a computer game. I need to be computer-ready every day at work!

And I do get terribly into games, and completely ignore pain until it's extreme. I've been working on NOT doing that.
