Economy = bad

Work = slow

Waiting to hear back from the bank on whether or not we'll open escrow on our first place in the next day or so. At least the bidding war is over.

I'm biting my nails off here.

Whew, that's a relief! I'm glad someone agrees! I thought I was hanging myself out to dry, there. And thank you for the compliment!

PTSD. Good suggestion. I've always approached fic with the attitude of "It's got to be about something bigger!" but maybe it's time I got over myself and just kept it simple.
