Honey Cupcakes

I haven't tried these yet, but boy do they look good. I've never been big on cream cheese or peanuts (don't get me wrong- I like peanuts, but not peanut food. My mom's the same way about watermelon) so I'm leaving the nuts out but I'm going to try the cream cheese frosting when I make this.

Huh. Honey and peanuts -- seems a natural enough combination but I wouldn't have thought of this. One hardly ever sees peanuts in bread. That picture is fabulous, though -- is it yours?

Also, what are these ribbed paper-cup like cupcake things that they're baked in?

I think it's supposed to remind you of those Salty'n'Sweet bars. The original recipe name was something to that extent. We have a girl in our hotshop who literally consumes very little other than those hard little peanut bars and Gatorade. She's a cross-country runner and we make fun of her, calling them her Salty'n'Sweat bars. She actually doesn't sweat that much at all, but everyone gets teased in here
