Well, that's done.

I am no longer a card carrying member of the LucasArts club.

The bad thing: I don't have to get up and come to work in the morning.
The good thing: I don't have to get up and come to work in the morning.

Tonight, I drink.

Ah well, they haven't made anything good since the 80s anyway. :D

KoToR! (I'm sure II is just as good - but since I didn't work on it, I'll let you know sometime after next Tuesday, when I will gleefully sell my soul for the ability to stay awake for sixty hours straight to play it). And, once you get past the unimpressive graphics and amusing voice acting, Gladius is pretty in depth and surprisingly good - assuming you're into turn based strategy games. =)

AND MY PROJECT RULZ, YO!

The developer and the publisher can be the same, but more often than not, they are seperate entities. *grin*

Yup. Six months. =(

:)

You could take a stint at EA or Sony?

I would have to be truly desperate to go to EA for what I do (no offence, Mr Mofo), and Sony is too much of a commute for me with my notorious thirst for overtime. However, I plan on spending a good chunk of this month playing with mod tools and Maya, so EA isn't totally out of the question, since I think it'd be a good starting point for a Jr. Design position...

Ah, the woes of signing a six month contract with the current state of things.
And, it's not like you don't know how to get a hold of me - and since you know Egan, there's a definite chance we'll run into each other. =)
