It seems to be widely available, actually.

Amazon has it used, AbeBooks has it, etc.

To read or to borrow?

As noted previously, you could order it second-hand online. If you just want to see it though, you may be able to borrow it through interlibrary loan. 4 public libraries in BC own it (Fort Nelson, Gibsons, Vancouver Island, and Vancouver). Apparently VPL's only copy is at my own little branch, so if you're in Vancouver sometime you could come by and say hello.
