OH SHUT UP, WANNABE NOT-GERMAN. DON'T PRETEND YOU WEREN'T AFFECTED BY THE LITTLE ONES IN TEARS YESTERDAY. BECAUSE THEN YOU'D HAVE NO SOUL. EVIL FIEND. >:T
... just kidding, this post made me laugh so hard that I almost reposted it. :D But that'd be like stealing your witty and apt diagnosis. You're spot on. It's 35°C, and Germany is collectively making a face like mid-November. EINSAMKEEEEEEIIIIT.
But even as one of them Saupreißn I have to say - A+, Bavaria, for finally putting your foot down and stopping that smoking rule chaos at least within your borders. Here's to hoping the other 15 federal states will follow your bright example. Especially goddamned NRW.
KYAAA!
I bet NRW is doing better at smoking rules than Austria. Austria doesn't even know what that could be... I wonder if the majority even knows that smoking is, well, just a tiny little bit unhealthy. For me, social life is definitely more fun in Bavaria, where I can eat my vegetable risotto without the smell of tobacco from the neighbouring
( ... )
Netherlands has a lot of players that live in Germany and play for German clubs - so it is a little bit like a German team? In any case, they have very good players and they have been playing very good football for years, and they never won a WM title before, so I guess they deserve it too.
Ah, I didn't dislike Spain before, but after what their goalkeeper did in the last minutes of the match, I kinda distrust the whole team. Weak character, there. I can't stand unprofessional behaviour like that. But today I saw a picture of a Spanish player comforting Schweinsteiger and that was actually sweet... so now I don't know if I dislike the team or if I don't.
Anyway, my main reason for supporting Netherlands is that a lot of the players live in Germany and play for German clubs - so it somehow is a German team in orange shirts. OTL
omg, woah. this appears very intense in many different ways. and it seems as though the permanent happiness was not so permanent and instead EASILY SHATTERABLE. ;n; i'm glad that the vuvuzelas are no longer screaming though, LOL.
Well, it was clear from the very beginning that this kind of happiness was more like being high on drugs. Now there's this hangover to deal with. It is amusing, somehow, because Germany is always naive enough to believe that the high will last forever. But then again, happiness wouldn't be happiness if you didn't believe in its truth. Well, everyone had a very good time, so maybe it was worth it?
I think Wednesday night was one of the quietest nights of the whole summer. XD
