Here's 66 random One Tree Hill icons that I've made over the past couple months since my last post.  I haven't really felt like making much plus I've just been playing around with styles.  Basically this is just a post to get some posted and out of the way since I don't like many of them.  Oh and many of the icons are of the same pic/cap.

Hey, how did you get the blured-circle effect for the #13 please?

I used a texture by lallly. It was one of the Swrils and Twrils ones. I got rid of the portions I didn't want and I did a few other things to it, I just can't remember specifics though. :) Hope that helps.
