Don't judge a restaurant by the paint color

There's this restaurant in town called Ichiban Noodle..mom and I never really wanted to go cause the outside of it is painted purple and it just looked meh. Yesterday mom and I finally decided to try it..and it was really good! Mom had Mongolian beef and I had rice and veggies in sauce..it just kept getting better and better with each bite haha.

Ooo that restaurant sounds yummy! Haha that's funny that it's purple, I remember you saying something about that! I kinda like it when buildings are painted outrageous colors haha :P (Though it does depend on if the color actually works well with the building haha.)

That is soo crazy that kayaking is a required subject in Greenland haha..pretty awesome though.

Ichiban Noodle is amazing, and the lady there is so nice! They make the best Sesame Chicken on the planet, and my favorite Egg Drop Soup, too. We used to stop in there after midnight on our late-night wintertime Chena Hot Springs runs. Soooooo good.

Don't blame her for the purple! That building has been that color for as long as I can remember. It's nice on the inside, at least, which is a huge change -- it used to be an automotive audio shop.

Also lol, Ichiban noodle... What about the rest of them? (Ichiban means first and usually refers to batches, but literally it says first noodle XD)

Japanese restaurants come up with some funny names. In Zwolle we have a restaurant called "Mizu", which means water... XD

Yeah the owner said it meant "Number 1 Noodle." How much Japanese do you know?

Just some basic stuff, I can understand about 25-50% of an anime if it's easy enough (which most anime is). ^_^

I ate there once and enjoyed my meal too. I don't go in there because I rarely go to that part of town. But it is a shame he's going to retire. :/
