Dad brought his telescope with him from Texas and last night we looked at Jupiter and the moon. I could see the multicolored gases on Jupiter and 3 of its moons..AWESOMEE. I could see the many craters on the moon..it's practically full though so it was REALLY bright. When you stopped looking at it you had like a blind spot in your eye haha. I was

Woww nice astronomy viewing! That sounds sooo cool. The closest planet I have seen through a telescope was Mars, where I could see the ice caps and everything. That was several years ago.
