Yesterday mom and I went up to Esther Dome. It was a clear (though hazy) day and we could see the Alaska Range..most of it had clouds but not Mt. McKinley! There were no clouds AT ALL..that must be rather rare. The people at Denali yesterday were lucky..though in the afternoon it clouded up on the mountain again (we went up to the college to see). OMGOMGOMG that poem is too funny! That's like the last thing I would expect to read in a restaurant. It seems that Alaskans have a good sense of humor haha.

That's amazing that you got to see Mt. McKinley without any clouds. I bet it was like something indescribable. Haha I was worried at times with taking rides from people in Puerto Rico, but we tried to stick to two basic rules: Only take rides from Americans (preferably females), or try to get a ride with someone who has a pickup truck (so you can just jump in the back and make an easy escape if need be haha). I'm glad you guys were okay though. :)
