I've always avoided the fanfic.
Now, you've got me.
Beeyotch.
Translation: I really liked it.

Let me know if there's a fandom you'd want a story in - I'd love to write a story just for you.

I think I just like the way your brain works (if that makes any sense) the way you write and the subjects you choose, are appealing to me. Even with this one, where I've only been able to catch a couple of episodes of Dr.Who (first season even!) luckily I know enough about what goes on in the series to "get" it, but even so, the way you wrote Rose, would have intrigued me, even if I didn't know the fandom.
Hmmm...the things I am a fan of... Firefly, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Heroes, Brisco County Jr..... actually I would dig either a story about Kaylee from Firefly or a Firefly/Brisco County crossover (not sure if you watched Brisco or not, though) or whatever else may stike your fancy!

I was totally in love with Christopher Eccleston as the Doctor, but Tennant has finally won me over. I would strongly recommend renting or Netflixing the second season - I've loved every single episode with the exception of Girl in the Fireplace, which I thought was the worst Mary Sue story ever. But I digress. :)
I would be more than thrilled if you recced it to your f-list - I've never been recced before! You would be taking my rec virginity.
Now you'll have to excuse me because I have to go dancing across the apartment because someone wants to recommend something I've written. YAY!

I'm *so* glad you liked it. I love the tension between them - the feelings that simmer just under the surface, as well as the obvious joy they take in each other's company. I'm not a Doctor/Rose shipper, because I find that as soon as the tension is broken, the story suffers.
I've been talking with lastwordy_mcgee about Rose and the Doctor and the love thing, and I started thinking about when I was 19 and in love with someone who couldn't or wouldn't admit to the same feelings. Then I was stuck in Rose's head and couldn't get out. This was the result.
So anyway. I hope to write more Who fic - we'll see what happens.
