So I saw this commercial. A while back there were these commercials calling for "a fair up or down vote" on Bush's judicial nominees. Their point was basically that Democrats were being completely unreasonable by threatening to fillibuster to block radically conservetive nominees. Nevermind that Republicans had huge, obstructionist fillibusters

Democrats didnt fight because they know roberts replaced Requinst which almost exactly the same as it was before. Expect to see a fight if bush gives a super conservative for O'Conner's spot.

we can hope... And that doesn't include all democrats, by the by. I'm consistently impressed by Boxer. And the 10 other democrats that did their jobs.
