A toe-tapper of epic proportions
This came to me via, of all people, my brother Morgan, which should come as a decent enough surprise for those few who know him. It's a really tremendous cover of MGMT's hit 'Kids', performed by the Ooks of Hazard, a nine-piece, seven-ukelele band. It's really quite spectacular.

An uncomfortable parallel emerges
It came as something of a surprise to me, but I've actually found myself really enjoying the Clone Wars cartoon. Not the old one, of course, the one put out between Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith; of course I enjoyed that one, it was drawn by Genndy Tartakovsky! He of Dexter and Samurai Jack! Initially, we weren't going to go see How to Train Your Dragon; the trailers seemed to give entirely too much away for the comfort of Madam Meagan, an understandable concern given the prices for movies these days.
