Angry Bird... plushies?

Earlier tonight, I was catnapped by unclekage, talon2303, Corvin, and davinwarter for a trip to the Shady Maple Smorgasbord. Say what you want about those Amish, but they sure know how to cook!

After stuffing ourselves to "food coma" levels, we uh, worked off the dinner by wandering around the gift shop for a bit. I got this interesting picture from there:

I've been to Shady Maple but was put off by the price of the buffet. Maybe I should actually try it one day. I did take the time to browse the store downstairs. I doubt it's all Amish though. They have quite a bit of country kitsch, like the Old Country Store portion of Cracker Barrel.

The idea of the Amish playing Angry birds with catapults, ostriches, and real pigs is more than giggleworthy.

Because they work with merchandisers who aren't Amish? All they'd have to hear is "this will sell." They don't actually have to *play*.
