I'm really starting to think that 70% of people don't actually wash their hands with soap after going to the bathroom.

Seems like a lot of guys don't.

It's not just guys. I swear, every time I encounter a female in the bathroom at work, she doesn't wash her hands with soap. That is, if she washes her hands at all. I've seen a lot of women skip the sink altogether.
