Hi there. If you're still interested in taking in a roommate, I've officially declined housing for the Spring semester at NYU, so I'm no longer financially committed and I'm able to move out.

You don't have to worry about furniture, there is already a bed in the guest bedroom and a dresser. Just tell me when you're going to start moving things in and I'll take the day off and help.
